As well, Brendan Shirtliff was very helpful and friendly during the finance portion. He went over everything carefully, and answered any questions that I had before I signed. When D-Max did not do a great job cleaning and preparing my vehicle he took it back and got it fixed up perfectly. Ed Agapito also did a great job in finance everything was ready for me and 100% accurate. Thanks for everything and hopefully my experience with service over the next three years goes just as well and if it does I will be back to purchase the 2013 CR-V when it arrives.
